Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General

This policy applies to all website hosting services, domains, and related services offered by Seniority. We are committed to customer satisfaction and operate in accordance with consumer protection law.

2. Trial Period

New customers are entitled to a 14-day trial period with no commitment. During this period, you can cancel the service and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Hosting Service Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation within 14 days of purchase:

  • Full refund within 14 business days
  • No cancellation fees

3.2 Cancellation after 14 days:

  • Pro-rata refund for unused period
  • Cancellation fee of 25 NIS or 5% of transaction amount, whichever is higher
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days

3.3 Annual package cancellation:

  • First year cancellation: Pro-rata refund minus annual discount received
  • Cancellation after auto-renewal: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of renewal

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable after delivery:

  • Domain registration and renewal
  • SSL certificates after issuance
  • Installation and configuration services performed
  • Backup and recovery services performed

5. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

You can submit a cancellation request through one of the following methods:

  • Through your personal management area on the website
  • By email: cancel@seniority.co.il
  • By phone: *5678 (during business hours)
  • By fax: 03-1234567

The request will be processed within 3 business days and a confirmation email will be sent.

6. Data Backup Before Cancellation

It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before canceling the service. After cancellation, data will be retained for 7 days and then permanently deleted. Data recovery after deletion is not possible.

7. Refund

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used:

  • Credit card: Credited within 14 business days
  • Bank transfer: Within 21 business days
  • PayPal: Within 7 business days

8. Service Suspension

Seniority reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the following cases:

  • Terms of service violation
  • Non-payment
  • Illegal activity

In these cases, no refund will be provided.
